Delivery is taking too long
Typically, the carrier delivers parcels within 3–7 business days. However, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend checking the delivery status for any updates or notifications from the carrier about delays
My parcel arrived damaged
In general, Amazon handles parcels very carefully. Nevertheless, it can happen from time to time that a parcel arrives damaged. If any of the jars in your parcel have been damaged or lost due to damage, we will of course be happy to replace them.
There are products missing from my order
If we accidentally missed a jar, we’ll make it right and immediately send it your way. Simply reach out to our customer service team via the CONTACT FORM with your order number and the name and quantity of the missing items.
I received different bears than the ones I ordered
