In general, carriers handle parcels with care. But on rare occasions, a package may arrive damaged. If any jars in your order are damaged or missing due to shipping issues, we'll gladly replace them.
Please send pictures of the box, the shipping label, and the damaged jars to our customer service team via the CONTACT FORM. We will process your request as quickly as possible.
Important: Please do not dispose of the parcel or damaged items right away, as the carrier may require them for an internal investigation.
