Of course! We accept the return of sealed jars if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return, please either use our CONTACT FORM or send us an email at [email protected]. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps and your return label.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of open jars. But you can take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee! Simply contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE team and enclose the Satisfaction Guarantee Statement. At that point, they’ll guide you through the next steps.
