To start the process, please fill out the cancellation form. HERE is the link.

As soon as we have received it, we’ll take care of the cancellation. If you have any further questions or need assistance, we'll be happy to help. 

IMPORTANT: If you have received notification that your package has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order. In this case, we ask you to please reject the delivery. Your package will then be returned to us and we will be able to provide a refund.

If you have requested the cancellation not during our working hours, we may not be able to cancel your order.  We apologize in advance and thank you for your understanding.
