What to do if customer service doesn't respond?Updated 3 months ago

We always make sure to respond to every customer who writes to us!

If you don’t see a response from us:

  • You may be expecting a response too soon. Please note that our response time is within 24 hours on business days, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
  • Please check your spam folder, our answer might be there.
  • We can't respond on weekends; we're available Monday through Friday! If you haven't received a response from customer service, please wait at least 3 days before sending a follow-up message.
