Why didn't I receive the order confirmation?
If you have not received your order confirmation, there may be one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect email address : even a small typo or a missing letter can prevent you from receiving the confirmation.
- Payment provider email : Sometimes the email address associated with your payment provider may be different from the one you normally use. Make sure it's the correct one.
- Incomplete payment : If the payment process was not completed, the confirmation email may not have been sent.
- Spam folder : The email may have ended up in your spam or junk folder, so check there.
