Why didn't I receive the order confirmation?

If you have not received your order confirmation, there may be one of the following reasons:

• Incorrect email address : even a small typo or a missing letter can prevent you from receiving the confirmation.
• Payment provider email : Sometimes the email address associated with your payment provider may be different from the one you normally use. Make sure it's the correct one.
• Incomplete payment : If the payment process was not completed, the confirmation email may not have been sent.
